What You Put in, You Get Out

I first realized this with music, then translated it to other aspects of my life: what I put into my body, is what I will get out. The energy of a song I listen to greatly effects my mood, and/ or can amplify an emotion I am experiencing at the moment.

And everyone does this; every emotion known to human has been expressed through a song. We find these songs, and listen to them when necessary. As we all know, music is very powerful. Mysterious, but powerful. I can't explain to you why music has such a great impact, but it does. We've felt it.

With that in mind, continue to listen to the music you need when you need it. But be aware that music is capable of keeping us trapped in emotion; whatever emotion that might be. And for awhile, maybe that's a good thing. But there's an end to everything, and it's good to notice when that time has come.

This is the same with the people I surround myself with, the places I go, and the work I do. Where I put myself in life greatly effects what the universe teaches me. If I put myself in shit, it's hard to be a flower. But if I put myself in the garden of life, I will grow. Know what I'm saying?
