DailyThought #68 - Movement

Stillness is necessary to our sanity, yet I believe it to be deadly in abundance. Though I believe more people should walk down to the river, for a chance for their minds to bore them, they shouldn't stay long enough to sink into the mud. For without movement, our bodies become frail and our mind become stagnant.

Humans are meant to move. We have to legs for walking and a brain that alows us to get there. We are at a point in human evolution where we are able to see every corner of the earth. It is quite overwhelming to be honest. There is so much beauty, I can't decide where I want to go first. But I just go.

Travel builds character, appreciation, and connection. Be still when there is movement around you. That is the true test.
