DailyThought #23 - Stubborn

It is funny to me how uncontrollable humans are. It is almost inspiring in a sense. I don’t know for better or for worse, but we just will not do things we don’t want to do. And in contrary, no one can stop us from doing the things we want to do. If that means finding out what is on the big white in the sky at night, or building a path across a humongous river canyon, we will. It is pretty cool and comforting: knowing that if there is a will, there is a way, and plenty of us have will, will to do something.

But sadly, sometimes, that will does not mean building or growing, sometimes it means breaking or deteriorating. The energy that can be used to create art is powerful, and if it is not used for art, then something else will fill the void. For example, say an artist in the making was just on the brink becoming something generational, but then the artist’s mom dies, and that person blames the doctor, who happens to belong to a certain religion… so then the potential artist uses that energy not to make art, but destroy art, the art of life. That is a real story I’m pretty sure. Lol
