DailyThought #2 - Caught Up in the Details

The more I have conversation with people, the more I realize how similar we all are. I would assume that a vast majority of the world believes in peace, equality, love, and freedom - to name a few. But we often disagree on which path we take to get there: caught up in the details. There is enough disagreement in these details that we see no progression, no solution. For example, everything in politics lol. The protection of our chosen assimilation, in turn, has created differentiation. Kind of oxymoronic, huh?


If we can learn to sacrifice some of the details in our chosen path, I believe the sky is the limit for humanity. Humans are too smart for our own good sometimes. So smart that we think we are smarter than eachother - me included. It is that mindset of pride that gets in our way of progression - things we all hold in common.
